Administration & Finance Manager
For this position, we are looking for professionals graduated from the careers of Business Administration or Public Accountant with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, to work at our office in Martínez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Mission:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Administrative, Accounting and Financial order, providing the necessary information for making decisions.
Requirements:
Business Administration or Public Accountant degree.
Previous experience of at least 3 to 5 years in similar positions.
Ability to perform business analysis from a financial perspective.
Experienced in the coordination and implementation of ERP (multicurrency/various offices).
Advanced English (oral and written).
Management skills.
This position requires the candidate to be extremely oriented towards results, dynamic, proactive, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
Main responsibilities:
Monitor billing, collections, and payment processes.
Consolidate and assemble Financial Statements for the closing of the balance sheet.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual accounting closing.
Comply with the reporting schedule.
Evaluate and improve internal control practices.
Develop a plan for drafting and reviewing process manuals for the area.
Coordinate the annual audit of financial statements.
Lead and develop all the members of your team.
