“Team Assistant”

For our client Barbuss we are looking for a Team Assistant.

For this position, we are looking for a person with experience in support/assistance and strong problem solving skills, to work at our Headquarter in Martinez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage agendas and coordinate internal and external meetings.

  • Assists in the preparation of presentations.

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, others)

  • Perform general office duties (ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, etc).

  • Answer the phone, reception, mailing, etc


Requirements:

  • Residence near the office in Martinez, Buenos Aires (required).

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a very good attitude to work.

  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent English (oral and written).

  • Previous experience in similar positions.


This position requires the candidate to be extremely oriented towards delivering good service, at a fast pace, dynamic, proactive, team work, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
